At VOILA Studio, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to be flexible while ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce photography services. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation Within 24-48 Hours of Booking: If you need to cancel your shoot within 24-48 hours of booking, please contact us immediately to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs
2. Products Dispatched for Shoot: Once you have dispatched your products for the shoot and the models and shoot date have been allocated, cancellations are not permitted. This is because preparations, including the booking of models and studio time, are already in progress.
3. Out of Stock Products: If any product is out of stock before reaching our studio for a photoshoot (typically 2-3 days transit time), please notify us as soon as possible. In such cases, you can discuss alternative products to shoot with our team to ensure we maximize your scheduled shoot time or explore other solutions.

Our priority is to provide the best e-commerce photography services, whether for catalog shoots, model photoshoots, or product photography. We work with top models, including Myntra and Flipkart models, to deliver high-quality images that enhance your brand's online presence.
